Welcome to Heartland Mobile Canning™️!

If you’re reading this, you’re either looking to have your product canned soon or are at least exploring the option. It’s a big step that shouldn’t be taken lightly, but don't worry, we have years of experience to help you navigate this process as quickly and as painlessly as possible.

Canning beverages is an effective way to:

  • Increase your brand's reach to the masses
  • Provide your loyal customers the ability to enjoy your beer anywhere at anytime
  • Increase revenue

Cans are superior to bottles

Cans are protective, portable, and sustainable and are just the right container to send your beer to GABF or your local beer fest.

How do I take the first step?

Drop us an email using the link below, hit us up on Instagram, or call either of us at the numbers listed below! We'd love to jump on a call with you, or visit you at the brewery.

Here are some of the many questions we are asked:

"What kind of machine do you have and what can it do?"

Our machine is hand-built by CODI Manufacturing in Golden, Colorado. It is a 6-head, counter-pressure canning machine. Counter-pressure filling allows us to:

  • Achieve consistent fill volumes to minimize waste
  • Package products with carb levels up to 4.0 volumes.
  • Run purge or evacuation cycles to further remove oxygen and protect sensitive beers.
  • Run CIP with higher water temps and more aggressive cleaners to ensure sanitary conditions
  • Can beer at temperatures well over 40 degrees.

"I need packaging materials, but have no room for them!"

Not a problem. We have connections in the industry and can source all the packaging materials you need. We bring only what is needed and anything left after the canning run, we take back with us.

"I don't know if I should use labels, or should I go with printed? Or maybe shrink-sleeved?"

We also have connections in the can decoration industry and can introduce you to them so they can bring your ideas to life!

"Who will I be working with?"

Well, us! Heartland Mobile Canning is a small, family business and you will be dealing with the owners of the company directly. We strive to make each canning run easier than the last so you can rest assured your product will be enjoyed by your customers.
